Anthony is the Managing Director of Equinox Trustees Limited having co-founded the company in 2000 together with Clive Tomes
& Co its associated Chartered Accountancy Practice. He has over 35 years’ experience in the accountancy and offshore environment, most of which has been at the director level, and is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales as well as The Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. As Senior Partner of Clive Tomes & Co Anthony specialises in forensic accountancy having been involved in a number high profile cases including the Bank Cantrade fraud case in the 1990s.
Anton joined Equinox Trustees Limited as a director and shareholder in August 2019 and has both client-facing and operational responsibilities. He is a fellow of the institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, having qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2002, and has over 20 years’ experience in the offshore regulated environment including 10 years at a large multinational service Corporate Services provider latterly in the role of Group Finance Director before which he was Managing Director of the Jersey operation. Anton is also the Managing Partner of the affiliated accountancy practice Clive Tomes & Co.
Kiran recently joined Equinox and is responsible for a number of bespoke family structures as well as the introduction and development of new businesses. Prior to joining Equinox he held Senior Director positions at Jersey-based fiduciary services companies and has been responsible for the delivery of professional administration services to Ultra High Net Worth individuals and their families. He attended the University of Nottingham and Guildford Law College and qualified as an English Solicitor, is a member of the Law Society of England and Wales and a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. He has worked in the Jersey fiduciary industry for more than 30 years and during this time he has held many directorships and trusteeships.
Gary has over 30 years’ of experience in Compliance, Investments and Operational Management having worked for some key offshore companies in Jersey, the UK and New Zealand. For the last 10 years, Gary has held various regulatory key person positions in Jersey and is a Fellow of the International Compliance Association, a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist and a Chartered Member of Securities and Investments. Although he is still keen to remain in finance Gary has diversified by spending time as a consultant in Hospitality and Wellbeing, managing operational risk, developing change, and coordinating financial budgets. In his spare time, he teaches exercise classes and enjoys watching rugby and formula one.
